My Mission Statement
Objective advice, delivered through personal relationships and empowered by world-class resources.
My Story and Services
Peter has worked in the financial services industry for 30 years. During that time he has worked in domestic and international equities, derivatives, foreign exchange and fixed interest. Across his career he also established the equity derivatives and options market making business for a mid-tier broking firm, was a swap and bond repo trader for a global investment bank and has held the role of Head of Rate Derivative Operations.
Peter's clients invest across all asset classes - domestically and internationally. He manages every client individually and jointly agrees with each client a set of objectives and goals. With these individual needs in mind, a suitable asset allocation strategy is set (encompassing bonds, commodities, equities, currencies and alternative investments and risk management) before going into advice on individual security selection.
When Peter is away from work, he serves as Chair of the Language Development Australia and where he also served in the role of Executive Chair. Language Disorder Australia operates Mancel College, which is the only school of its kind in the southern hemisphere, supporting children and young people with disability for whom language is their primary disorder. Peter’s son is one of over 150 students from reception to year 12, all of whom suffer from speech and language disorders as their primary diagnosis. Peter has been instrumental in a number of recent initiatives. They include a new 10 year strategy, the purchase of the site and plans to construct eight new buildings with work to start in 2021. This aligns to a ministerial infrastructure designation to triple enrolment and capacity. He also enjoys international travel, skiing in Europe and time on the farm with the family.
Peter lives in Brisbane with his wife and two children.
Recognised on Barron’s list of Australia’s Top 100 Financial Advisers for 2022, 2023 and 2024.
